Mastering a detailed "phased" construction schedule and communication within the project enhances workflow. This ultimately improves our efficiency and accountability amongst the building team and benefits our customers.

Collaboration

This is all about managing expectations and being honest about timelines from the start. While anticipating the Client's needs, product lead times and labor factors before they become issues. It's ongoing  face-to-face meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to discuss the scope of the project reconfirming the proposed timeline. Collaboration is crucial since it increases the likelihood of commitments being honored, selections being correct, and keeping changes to a minimum. 

Coordination

We coordinate and assist you with the selection of finishes and features. We'll provide recommendations for cost effective alternatives and advice on "style consistency". And most importantly, effective diligent communication with subcontractors and suppliers to get it correct. Overseeing and checking to make sure the job is being done correctlly and then reporting in with regular progress reports. Spotting issues early on, or as soon as they crop up, can make all the difference on keeping your job on time and on budget .
